Annual Meeting - 1/22/09

The VBC Annual Meeting will be held on January 22 from 6:30 - 8:30 in the meeting room of the Gayton Library in Henrico County.  The agenda will include a "state of the club" report, plans for 2009,  presentation and approval of the budget, election of officers (more on this later), and a video or two.

The Gayton Library is located at 10600 Gayton Rd. in the West End.  Click here is a link to an on-line map.

After the official business meeting, we plan to reconvene at the Rare Olde Times Pub at 10602 Patterson Ave. for continuing camaraderie and libation.

Please plan to attend this important meeting.  We need your active involvement and participation in club activities to make the VBC a vibrant and successful organization.
