VBC Sculler Wins Gold at Midwest Masters Sprints!

JHarperScullCOLUMBUS, OH  June 19, 2010 - Jen Harper from the Virginia Boat Club competed in the 2010 Midwest Masters Sprints (MMS) hosted by the Greater Columbus Rowing Association winning Gold in the 1x Women's Ltwt Division and a Silver in the Women's 1x Open Division (after hitting a goose and almost flipping her boat! The regatta was held at Griggs Reservoir on the Scioto River in Columbus, Ohio. The location is one of the best rowing venues in the Midwest. Results posted on RegattaCentral.
