RACE RESULTS: In a great warm-up for race season, the VBC *"Solidowski" 4+ traveled to Norfolk as the guests of the Juniper Rowing Club. The crew acquitted themselves with a second place finish out of four in a 1000 metre sprint, losing only to a seasoned Hampton Roads crew. The Juniper Rowing Club hosted the event and graciously provided a BBQ and beer luncheon. We would like to continue the series and will explore either a return to the Botanical Gardens or going to the Head of the Lafayette.
